Who can apply for an award?

Any store/individual can apply for any award so long as they are based in the UK, and the entry matches the criteria.

How much does it cost to enter?

Nothing! Entry to the Inspired Awards is completely free. If you win an award, you will be given two free tickets to the awards ceremony. Extra tickets will be available at a cost of £50 each.

What's the entry deadline?

The enter by date will be shown with the entry criteria before you click to apply. Typically these will be around late summer/early autumn.

How much are tickets for the awards ceremony?

Any winning store/individual will be gifted two free tickets, anyone else wishing to attend will pay £50 per ticket, alternatively you can buy a table from £350.

Judging FAQs


What materials can I submit with my entry?

Each award has its own criteria and judging will be based on different materials. In the first stage you will only be required to submit a written description of your entry. For some awards we will contact you if we require any more.

How does the judging process work?

To enter, simply choose your category and fill out the online entry form. You will receive email confirmation that we have your entry. You may enter more than one category. If you are successful in the first stage of entries, we may contact you for more details. Judging will be completed by a panel of industry experts.

How do we know if we've won?

You will be notified up to 3 months before the event if you have won or are a runner up. However, there are a couple of awards where the winners will not be revealed until the evening itself.

Does the store need to be part of a chain or have a minimum turnover to enter?

No! We welcome retailers of any size for entry.

We haven’t been trading for long - can we still enter?

Yes! So long as your entry fits the requirements for the award you are entering, you can still enter.
